Light and spacious feeling with a calm and relaxing air.
We purchased “MORLIN” early 2012 but can remember the first time we viewed it, my question to Nicola was ‘Well, What do you think?’, only to be met with “I only looked at the views from the living room!’.
There are sea views from both bedrooms,the living room and the back garden.
We have upgraded the facilities when we purchased primarilary to make it comfortable for us but also also for those of you who have discovered 'Morlin' and those who have yet to!
Since that date we have created a small terrace in 2014 to enhance our enjoyment of the views.
Subsequentally we are always planning further maintainance and improvements, and as such over the winter of 17/18 we raised the roof of the garage and in late 2018 we have had created an en-suite to the second bedroom. Our latest venture was to install a "Summer house" in the early part of 2019 which has exceeded our expectations...... and we hope adds to the holiday enjoyment...
No smoking in the bungalow....happy for you to outside in the garden.
The property is a 1970’s bungalow sited on a relatively flat plot.
It has been modernised by us in 2012 and although recent electrical changes conform to modern legislation, the location of a number of power points and lighting switches are as initially sited.
The separate bathroom and toilet in our estimation would not be suitable for wheelchair access.
Each entrance (Front Door, Kitchen Door and a french window from the Livingroom) to the bungalow has a raised step. All doors within the property are of a standard width.
The garden although contained may not be secure for all pets.
